At Cactus Outdoor, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated shipping point; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
